Chris Erdman, Vice President

Chris Erdman joined MacDougall Biomedical Communications as a Vice President in 2004. Prior to joining MBI, Chris was Director of Corporate Communications at Applied Molecular Evolution, Inc.(AME), a NASDAQ-listed biotechnology company that merged with Eli Lilly & Co. Chris was responsible for all aspects of investor relations, public relations, and internal communications, as well as serving as the Chairman of the Disclosure Committee at AME. Before AME, Chris worked at Feinstein Kean Healthcare in the Biotechnology Corporate Communications Practice as Director of Business Development. Chris was also a Research Associate at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, where he co-authored numerous scientific journal articles and chapters in the area of thoracic oncology. Chris has also worked in equity sales at Lehman Brothers and in training at Fleet Bank.

Chris graduated from Hobart College with a B.A. in Philosophy and from the Boston University School of Public Health with a Master of Public Health degree. Chris has served as a Vice Chairman of the Investor Relations Committee of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) and on BIO's Program Committee.
