Educational Workshops – The MBI team frequently conducts educational workshops around the world on a variety of topics relevant to effectively running a life sciences company. These workshops include: CEO Workshops on Effectively Communicating with Investors, Workshops on Effectively Communicating with Partners, and Advanced Communications Management.
Major M&A Deals or Collaborations – MBI has been at the center of many industry M&As or partnering transactions. MBI can provide a comprehensive program to reach all audiences to support these important events, including: employees, investors, shareholders, communities, vendors, regulatory authorities, etc.
Analyst Meetings – MBI has overseen the planning of over 30 analyst meetings, which are both useful and cost effective for informing and updating members of the financial community about a company’s and/or a product’s potential. Historically, MBI has executed slide presentations, message refinement and rehearsing, hotel and catering arrangements, audio/visual specifications, financial community targeting, invitations, and post-event follow-up. These meetings have resulted in impressive attendance and positive coverage from sell-side analysts and the press.
Conference or Event Planning and Outreach – MBI has been involved in helping its clients plan for and implement major events. These events include: national and regional investor and partnering conferences, including the BIO CEO and Investor Conference (http://ceo.bio.org); investor showcase meetings on Wall Street; press conferences; investigator and analyst meetings at major medical conferences; and facility grand openings.
Economic Development Support Programs – MBI has been very active in helping regional and international economic groups get their messages out to the life sciences industry to attract investment and jobs. Programs that have included investor and management education and media outreach have been implemented for organizations in Germany, Denmark, United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
Business-to-Business Marketing – The MBI team has implemented many “B to B” marketing plans for companies that wish to increase their visibility within the life sciences industry. Projects have included: business development outreach programs to stimulate product in-licensing opportunities or product out-licensing, product marketing to research scientists and heads of R&D, and services marketing to senior management at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
