Graham Morrell

Senior Vice President

Graham Morrell provides senior investor relations counsel to MacDougall’s clients. He joined MBI in 2018 with extensive experience in investment management, banking and as an investor relations professional, internally and as an advisor, for life science companies. He began his career on Wall Street as an institutional equity trader on both the buy- and sell-sides, specializing in healthcare and financials, before transitioning to assisting life science companies navigate the capital markets by helping define their corporate strategies, develop investor relations & communications platforms and experience meaningful interaction with the Street. Previously, Graham managed the Boston office for The Trout Group/Trout Capital LLC, where he advised numerous private and public life science companies on their investor relations strategies and execution of financings. He joined Celyad, a dual-listed, clinical-stage biotech, as VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, to assist in their strategic shift from cardiology to immuno-oncology. Most recently, Graham was a capital markets consultant for PureTech Health, a publicly-traded biopharma that creates and operates portfolio companies focused on the nervous, immune and gastrointestinal systems. Prior to his hands-on work with life science companies, he traded equities at Fidelity Management and Research, Balyasny Asset Management, Canaccord Adams and OTR Global. Graham received a B.A. in Government from Harvard University, where he was also a member of the men’s varsity ice hockey team. Professionally, he has obtained FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, 63 and 79 licenses.
